An easy yet very productive process! I sent Sandy a copy of my current resume along with a couple job postings I was interested in. She then contacted me and we chatted for a little bit about my professional interests and experience. We spoke on the phone, Sandy explained her process and asked me questions about my career goals. She provided me with opportunities to view documents throughout the process and a s k questions/ make changes. The final product took less than 2 weeks to complete and included Me doc and pdf formats. I am very pleased with results, Sandy knows how to best word work experience for HR per s one and the online resume databases. She was always professional and friendly.
You could not ask for anyone more helpful and she has great skill sets to get your resume done to perfection. Multiple redo's and explains everything to you right up front. I couldn't be more pleased with Sandy.
Sandy is communicative - she gives a detail of her timing, her plan of action and schedules time to discuss the resume and objective as well as job search. I had particular questions about my resume and she explained how to handle it on my resume and on an interview. I got my resume done within 1.5 weeks and I secured a job within six months.

Sandy did an excellent job and delivered my resume and cover letter right on time. My initial conversation with her quickly identified and created the direction she needed for the initial draft. I found her questions were thorough enough to get a feel for what I wanted but were not burdensome to answer. Sandy created a resume that is very eye catching. She structures the document so the format is easy to read and one that potential employers can easily scan. I greatly appreciated her professional approach that is infused with a personal touch; a refreshing experience. If I ever need to refresh my resume this is the first place I would go!!
Sandy is very professional and prompt with contact and responses to questions. I emailed her while she was on vacation (I did not know she was out on vacation) and though her out of office informed me she would be out for a week, she responded to me within a few hours of my email with questions and possible modifications I wanted her opinion on as I did not mention a few things when we had talked on the phone. I had not received any responses to the resume I created but once I submitted the resume she created for me, I have received many emails from recruiters wanting to set up interviews.
